Teens Can Write, Too! Blog Chain Post(:– Strange Search Terms

That's right, world; Teens Can Write, Too.

Remember when I told you all that I was participating in a blog chain, a little while back?

Well, it’s my day to post! I’m excited<3

So, the given prompt from the Teens Can Write, Too! people was “What are the strangest search terms that people have used to find your blog?”

To be honest, there weren’t much. >.< I guess search engines don’t pick up on my blog much. But, according to my Word Press stats page, there were some that made me cock my head to the side and go, “Whaaa?”

Term: “Wizards”

That’s right. Wizards. Now tell me, dear, dear readers, have I ever mentioned wizards here? I mean, besides Harry Potter, but… I don’t think I’ve ever actually said the word “Wizard”. Except for now, of course. So just… Whaa?

Term: “Anime Boy Girl”

Yeah… I don’t think I’ve ever had Anime on here. Thing was, I’ve gotten like, twenty hits from this. WHAT IS GOING ON? GOOGLE, YOU FAIL.

*looks around nervously*

*Sincerely hopes Google didn’t hear that*

Term: “Men Naming Inanimate Objects”

I get the naming inanimate objects. I remember the post I did on that. But… *shakes head* Why *men* specifically?

Term: “How to Start A Bro Fight”

Did I ever mention How To Start A Bro Fight? If I haven’t, I should have.

Term: jjjjjjjjjjjjj

I don’t… I don’t even know.

I’m also supposed to include a bit about my NaNoWriMo novel. Those of you who’ve been following probably know a bit. Pretty much, “A Safe Place to Fall” is some of the worst writing I’ve ever done, and I’m loving every single moment of it. It’s really great to just be writing, ya know? Plus, I get to come out with the most random things. I literally had a guy get hit by a car in the middle of nowhere. NONE of my characters were involved. It was just some random scene thrown in.

Not a good look(:

Anyway, I’ll sign off for now. Below is a list. Check them out(:

  1. Great post! Isn’t the blog chain so much fun? Anyway, those were odd search terms. I especially enjoyed “how to start a bro fight”.

  2. Anime boy girl? Umm, that’s pretty creepy.
:D I always wonder what kind of people are bored enough to search “jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj”. Weird that people found your blog this way… :D
Great post and I’m glad to have you be a part of the blog chain!

    • I know! That’s the thought that came to me!
But then again, *I* might be the kind of person to search terms like jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj. Ahaha<3 Thanks, and I hope to be a part of it again! It's a blast<3

  3. You can just tell with that last one someone got COMPLETELY bored. The hilarious part is that it actually led to your site. Cool post!

  4. Great post! I like the one about jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj. Good luck on your goal for this weekend– I saw it was 40,000 by Sunday. I already hit your goal. I sort of stole your goal. I made it a point to make your goal. So don’t be disappointed if you don’t make it– I’ve got you covered.

    • :D Thanks, Liam. I don’t think I’m hitting 40,000 by Sunday– I didn’t write at all for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I’m so lazy. Dx But I did hit 30k last night, so it’s better than nothing, I suppose. <3

  5. Great post! Who would search for “jjjjjjjjjjjjjj”? And “how to start a bro fight” is quite amusing.

  6. One time I got “How to build an apple press.” That was certainly something.

  7. Hitting people with cars is fun. I think I’m going to have some unexpected fairies at some point :)

  8. Great post, the ways of Google are intricate to say the least.

Just out of interest I know how to start bro fights because I am masculine. I refrain from doing so however, because I am in touch with my feelings and confident in myself.

    • Ah. *nods solemnly*
Well, as I am neither a “bro” nor can I “fight”, I guess I wouldn’t be *able* to start a bro fight. Shame, though, because I really think it looks fun… :(

  9. Haha love it!! Sorry it took me so long to get around to read this post, but I’m glad I did!

Love it? Hate it? Say so. Right here.
